Ashtanga Second Series Teacher Training — 250/300 Hours

This continuing training is intended for primary-series Ashtanga teachers with at least a 200-hour qualification and counts toward a 500-hour training requirement. Running from October 2026 to May 2027, with a choice of Sundays or Fridays, it covers second-series teaching, adaptations and deeper personal practice.
